Refund and Cancellation Policy

Word packs are digital and added to your account instantly after payment.
If you were charged but the words were not added, or you were charged twice, email us within 7 days with your payment ID. We will add the words or refund the payment in full.
If a check fails because of a fault on our side, the words used are returned to your account.
Unused words from a pack can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase if none of that pack has been used.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. Each pack is a one-time payment.
